The Centennial Room has a charming, old-fashioned atmosphere. Snippets of wisdom from sages such as Mark Twain and Benjamin Franklin decorate heavy ceiling beams. Large murals of historic Marshall adorn the half-timbered walls. Subdued lighting, a delightfully soothing atmosphere and polished service create conditions perfect for a special night out or for business dining. Schuler's culinary team creates a memorable dining experience for each and every meal. Although Schuler’s is well-known for ample servings of Midwestern cuisine like our signature Prime Rib, we are also faithful to the region and feature many local foods. All breads and crackers are made on-site, and you can carry these away on your trip home. We have many special dining events at Schuler’s. Please see our calendar for details.
Signature Starters Barbecued Meatballs—A long time, famous Schuler’s tradition. Mushroom Caps Imperial—Stuffed with blue crabmeat and topped with provolone cheese and a parsley-cream sauce. Schuler’s Traditions Classic London Broil—Marinated in apple juice, soy, fresh ginger; mushrooms and natural au jus, with Chef's potato selection.
